Paper/fiber lint, dried ink particles, plastic and metal doctor blade shavings, and other contaminants in your ink supplies are a constant threat to the quality of your print runs and the integrity of your anilox rolls and gravure cylinders.

Filter the ink leaving the press and re-entering the system with the Vortex STRAINER.  Featuring a heavy-duty mesh permanent filter element that collects contaminants from the ink return line before they are recirculated through the ink pump and back to the doctor blade reservoir.  Our design uses a rare-earth magnetic cartridge to pick up and hold ferrous material in your ink supply.

The reinforced filter element measures less than 2" in diameter and passes easily through most ink bucket lids allowing for quick and easy changeover.  It is available in a variety of mesh sizes.
